Office ocupiers

Mayer Brown International LLP, Henderson Global Investors and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg have taken 84% of space at 201 Bishopsgate. Reed Smith LLP has taken 42% of the Broadgate Tower.

Public space

More than half of this 2.3 acre development is devoted to new public space, including The Galleria and Plaza, a glass-covered pathway and large public square.

Sustainability

Both 201 Bishopsgate and The Broadgate Tower have achieved BREEAM Excellent ratings for managing their environmental impacts.

Pedestrian links

The north-south links project will further improve public spaces in and around Exchange Square, providing a swift and straightforward pedestrian route to and from Liverpool Street Station.
