Occupiers

201 Bishopsgate and The Broadgate Tower provide 815,347 sq ft (75,748m2) of office space and 7,694 sq ft (715m2) of retail space. 201 Bishopsgate is already 84% pre-let and The Broadgate Tower is 42% pre-let. Discussions are underway to create the best possible mix of new occupiers for the retail space.

201 Bishopsgate

201 Bishopsgate was completed on 31st March 2008.

 

Mayer Brown International LLP will occupy 44% of the building, 223,000 sq ft (20,700m2). Up to 800 employees will move from the other side of the City by end of March 2009.

Henderson Global Investors will occupy 30% of the building, 124,000 sq ft (11,500m2). The company is relocating from its existing head office at 4 Broadgate. Up to 1,150 employees will move into the building between November 2008 and January 2009.

Landesbank Baden-Württemberg will occupy nearly 10% of the building 36,123 sq ft (3,350m2). In January 2009 approximately 160 employees will move to the seventh floor, with plans for up to 250 employees to be based in 201 Bishopsgate.

 


The Broadgate Tower

The Broadgate Tower was completed on 20th August 2008.

Reed Smith LLP will occupy 42% of the building, 167,000 sq ft (15,515m2).
Up to 700 employees will move from office locations in the City and the South Bank in March 2009.
