The Broadgate Estates team works to understand occupiers' changing needs and ensure that Broadgate provides a safe, well-presented, operationally efficient and economically competitive business environment for occupiers. They maintain the buildings and public spaces to high standards, ensuring that all legal requirements are observed, including health, safety and fire. They also liaise regularly with occupiers to understand occupier views, taking them into account in managing the buildings and estate.
