Our contractors achieved an average Considerate Constructors Scheme score of 36 out of 40. This is 13% above the national average. All of our construction sites are registered with the scheme, undergoing audits by experienced industry professionals. Their performance is assessed on three main criteria:

- Providing clean and appropriate facilities for workers
- Leaving a positive impression on local people.
