We continued to invest in Regional Centre Managers at our shopping parks, funding management fees at over 30 parks.
Our Regional Centre Managers have helped to increase footfall by 3% across our retail and shopping park portfolio, based on car count data.
We are targeting 5% reductions in service charges across our retail park portfolio.
