- Our developments are designed to be energy efficient and are set to have 25% less carbon dioxide emissions on average than current standards.
- 94% less waste to landfill
- We diverted 94% of demolition waste from landfill and over 80% of construction waste, with 24% of materials used containing recycled content.
- Sustainable travel
- We signed a pioneering agreement with the Highways Agency that will encourage sustainable transport on developments.
