Stakeholder engagement

We engage with stakeholders to understand their needs. We also work in partnership with our occupiers, employees and suppliers to manage our impacts on the environment.

Regent's Place

We carried on building relationships with our customers through our key account programme and regular meetings. We also carried out our third independent customer satisfaction survey.

We continued to report our financial results on a quarterly basis, providing investors and analysts with opportunities to discuss performance and plans for the future with our management team.

We continued to work with our local communities to ensure that we have good relationships with the people who live near to our properties and that our developments meet local needs. Following extensive consultation, Colmore Row and the River Don District masterplan received resolutions to grant planning consent.

We invited all of our Head Office staff to a series of presentations on Building Together. Our Asset Managers and Development Team also worked closely with our suppliers.
