Our portfolio focuses primarily on out-of-town retail properties and Central London offices which offer attractive risk-adjusted growth prospects. We have also gained valuable expertise in the residential and leisure sectors with the increase in mixed use developments. Our portfolio includes directly held properties, as well as properties held through joint ventures and investment funds. These include the Continental European Fund, PREF.

British Land became a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in 2007.
