This 35,841m² scheme, which opened in 2007/2008 (phased), is 95% let by area.

In 2009, the scheme was enhanced by the addition of the discount supermarket, Leader Price, the organic supermarket Natureo, and two restaurants, together with the opening of the adjoining 12,000m² Factory Outlet operated by ‘Marques Avenue’.

As a result, footfall at the scheme is forecast to increase to 4.2 million in 2010, from 3.9 million in 2009 and 2.8 million in 2008.

This 12,405m² retail park is 100% let by area and is trading well.

Footfall increased by 1.5% in 2009.

We are continuing negotiations with the landowner to secure an additional 14,000m² on an adjoining plot which will more than double the size of the scheme. It will also improve access routes and traffic circulation in the car parks.
