Solar panels being fitted

We have installed 150m² of solar panels on the roof of our Regent’s Place Two development in London NW1.

These photovoltaic roof panels will generate electricity, primarily for street lighting around the estate, cutting future energy bills for our occupiers.

When our Regent’s Place development is completed, real time data about electricity generated by the panels will be available online and displayed within the buildings, raising environmental awareness.

“These panels are the latest exciting addition to a wide range of sustainability measures at Regent’s Place One and Two. These include 2,000m² of green roofs and terraces and a 437,000 litre capacity rainwater harvesting system. Both Regent’s Place One and Two have achieved BREEAM Excellent ratings for environmental performance.”
