Estate Directors

Our Estate Directors work to understand our occupiers' changing needs and plan our service delivery strategically to ensure that our properties provide a safe, well-presented, operationally efficient and economically competitive business environment for our occupiers.

They manage the performance of our Estate/Building Managers and coordinate our service partners and in-house specialists to ensure that our buildings and estates are maintained to agreed standards and that all legal requirements are observed, including health, safety and fire.

Our in-house specialists include: security, health and safety, accounting, utilities, specialist engineering, technical documentation, fabric management, environmental and waste management, energy management, and events and communications.

They also liaise regularly with occupiers through personal contact to ensure occupier views are understood and taken into account in managing the buildings and estates.
